CWNP Journey

My Road to CWNE: Five vendor-neutral exams, essays, endorsements. From in-person training and video courses to a pile of books to practice exams, every step is part of the journey from knowledge to expertise.

To earn the CWNE (Certified Wireless Network Expert) certification, you must pass five CWNP exams (CWNA, CWSP, CWDP, CWAP, CWISA), log at least three years of enterprise Wi-Fi experience, provide three professional endorsements, and submit three detailed technical essays reviewed by the CWNE Board of Advisors. I write about each step here, partly to share, mostly to make the material stick.
